I was bored last night and still dont have much in my stash, so decided to make another card but slightly different from the last one. I think I prefer this one as I took more time over the colouring.
I bought some new whisper Alphabet stamps today but dont like them. Each letter is inverted so they all have a square around them when you stamp. I thought the letters would be raised so it was only the letter that would stamp, does that make sense? Maybe it would look good with different coloured ink? Will have to mess about with them and see.

My Gorjuss Gilrie
Here is my first attempt at using my new Gorjuss girl stamp. I dont think my colouring in is very good, I need better pens (I actually used pencils this time as I was desperate to try it). Im not sure who ill be giving this card to and for what occasion so I may add a Happy Birthday to the front at a later date, or just leave it blank. Any tips or critacism would be greatly appreciated. id like to know where im going wrong, or how I could improve it before making anynore. ta muchly x

My first blog
Well this is my first ever blog. I usually keep away from things like this and am trying my best to keep away from facebook twitter etc.
Im trying to grow as much fruit and veg in my wee garden as I can this year. Id love the children to see where food comes from in the hope they will try more.
Ive put up a small polythene greenhouse and have got a small veg patch of about 1 1/2 metres by 2 metres and am managing to grow, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, beetroot, potatoes, aubergines, purple sprouting broccoli, pumpkins cabbages, peas, green beans, leeks, chillis, parsnips, butternut squash, garlic, strawberries, raspberries, lettuce and jerluselum artichokes!. Gosh I had no idea how much I had planted til i wrote it all down. Most things are thriving but the slugs have been at my cabbages and pumpkins.
I dont have much time to spend in the garden now im working part time, but I enjoy going out after 7pm when the kids are sleeping just to check, water and talk to my wee plants.
